Terms of Service
1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of noboard. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Produce Stuff Ltd ("we", "us"). If you are using noboard on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.
2. The service
noboard is a project management tool: a depth-view canvas for humans and a CLI for agents, sharing the same data. Features evolve. We may add, change, or remove features without prior notice; for material reductions in functionality on a paid plan we will give reasonable notice via email.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials and any actions taken under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- One person, one account. Sharing a single account across multiple humans is not permitted on paid plans.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use noboard to violate any law, infringe rights, or harm others.
- Upload or store malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to store.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces or to our infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without prior written permission.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
- Use automated traffic patterns that materially degrade the service for other users.
5. Plans, billing, and trials
- The Free plan is offered subject to fair-use limits described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials end automatically; no card is required to start one.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- We may adjust pricing for new sign-ups at any time. Price changes for existing paid customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will not apply within a paid period already in flight.
- Taxes (VAT, sales tax) may apply on top of the listed price depending on your jurisdiction.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to content you upload to noboard. You grant us the limited licence required to host, process, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your private workspace content to train machine learning models.
7. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
8. Service availability and warranties
We aim for high availability but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. SLA commitments, if any, are stated separately on Enterprise plans.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability under these terms for any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of the Acceptable Use section or for non-payment. On termination we will delete or anonymise your data subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted at this URL. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence apply.
